Trenchless & Tunneling
NRC delivers trenchless and tunneling solutions for pipeline, utility and crossing installations where open-cut construction is impractical, disruptive or impossible. Our capabilities include microtunneling, guided boring, auger boring, pipe jacking, liner plate tunneling, horizontal hammer boring, hand mining and sliplining.
Our teams understand the importance of geotechnical review, shaft design, alignment control, groundwater management, settlement monitoring, jacking force evaluation, slurry handling, utility coordination and contingency planning. Treatment Plants
NRC constructs, expands and rehabilitates water and wastewater treatment facilities while helping owners maintain operations, manage shutdown windows and reduce disruption to critical systems. Our experience includes PFAS treatment, granular activated carbon systems, membrane filtration, dissolved air flotation, ozone facilities, pump stations, digester systems, combined heat and power facilities, process piping, structural concrete, mechanical equipment installation and electrical coordination.
We understand that treatment plant work requires more than construction capability. It requires sequencing, bypass planning, tie-in coordination, quality control, operator coordination and the ability to safely perform work inside existing facilities that must remain active.
Utility & Heavy Civil
NRC has nearly five decades of experience constructing and rehabilitating underground utilities and heavy civil infrastructure for public agencies, municipalities, utilities and private owners. Our work includes sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, drainage, streetscape, structural, shaft, excavation, support of excavation, piling and utility relocation projects.
