Founded in 1978, Northeast Remsco Construction has grown from a regional utility contractor into a highly specialized heavy civil contractor with more than $2 billion in completed utility construction contracts.
We perform complex infrastructure work where precision, planning and execution matter most — including microtunneling, trenchless installations, deep shaft construction, water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades, underground utility construction, bypass systems, structural concrete, mechanical piping, excavation, piling and rehabilitation work.
Our teams routinely operate in congested urban corridors, active treatment facilities, deep and wet excavations, environmentally sensitive locations, railroad and highway crossings, and areas where maintaining existing operations is critical. Over the last 25 years, NRC has become one of the region’s most experienced trenchless contractors, supported by a world-class fleet of microtunnel boring machines, jacking systems, control containers and slurry separation equipment — and by a team that understands how to manage risk before it reaches the field.
